Continuing Professional Development opportunities

In-House training
We have a hands-on Management Team who are only too happy to share their skills and knowledge on a day to day basis. To name a few, we offer Behavioural Management, First Aid, Safeguarding and Health & Safety/Fire Awareness training to all staff free of charge.
Annual Awards
We know our staff deserve to be recognised for their commitment and hard work, so every Christmas we hold an Awards Ceremony to celebrate the team. There are plenty to be won such as Employee of the year, Colleague of the year and Carer of the year.
