At Munchkins we want all children to achieve their greatest potential no matter their needs. To do this we work together with the parents of our children to find strategies, support or resources that will help our children succeed. Small achievable targets are made to help achieve long term goals that are set in collaboration with parents to give our children the best start.

Sometimes this support comes through linking with other agencies, whether that be government funded or privately hired by parents. Either way, we will work together to implement the best support for our children. Further specialized training is open to all our staff to help support children with a variety of needs such as Hearing Impairment Training to support children with Glue Ear and other hearing difficulties.

We promote inclusive practice by ensuring the environment is accessible to all and children are supported at their level so that no child is left behind. We have excellent links to local schools so that we can work together to support enhanced transitions to school to make the big change as easy as possible.
