Today in Busy Birds the children put their creativity and mark marking skills to use when doing some free painting in the garden with their teachers!
The children practiced those important hand movements while also putting their creative minds to use and of course a bit of turn taking was built in (always important for toddlers!)
Painting is a way for children to do many important things such as convey ideas, express emotion, use their senses, explore color, explore process and outcomes, and celebrate their own creativity!
